Hello friend!

This is the recipe I literally make every time whenever my life is out of control (which happens more frequently than I would like to admit!). You just need milk, some spices, basic masala aromatics and you have this deeply flavorful, restaurant quality dish that you can serve with cumin rice, roti or naan. Even slather it on a toast and call it a day!
